WHR Gelding String Update... New Postings Online Soon!

This September, we sold three of our finest geldings. Gus went to Minnesota; Snickers and Dunnit All are headed to California.

We currently have two premier geldings that we've owned and kept back for two years--Sparkanic and Bling, our 4 year-old chocolate palomino seen in Cowboys & Indians. Another one we've had for over a year is Woody, Wil's personal, stout working cow horse. We also have a couple of previous-owned WHR geldings that we're proud to have back in the string for sale--Wiley, a top-notch mountain trail horse, and Smart & Fancy, a spectacular cow horse and mountain trail horse. Both are solid and have been with us all summer. Also in the string is Waylon, a huge, 15.2 hands, 1250 pound, big, stout, seasoned ranch gelding.

Our Newest Additions

We have two new bay horses we mentioned earlier last month; Tony (8 years) and TJ (6 years) who are both coming along the WHR way...

Now we are pleased to include a few more in our outstanding winter string...

Charmin -  A nice, handsome, muscled 9 year old, 15.2 hand sorrel. He's a smooth-riding all-around & trail horse type.

Kiwi - A 7 year old, just barely 14 hands, Kiwi is a tiny little seasoned trail & cow horse, royally bred, cute as a button, and coal black!

Bailey  - A seasoned, flashy, 11 year old bay Paddy's Irish Whiskey. A well bred & broke cow/reining horse, reiner handy, Bailey is a sweet, versatile ranch, trail, & ranch cow horse. Wow - A 6 year old, 15 hand sorrel with frosty roan flanks, Wow is a solid ranch cow horse. Super for sorting, outside use, or the roping pen. These boys are settling in nicely, working through our program on probation. A couple of them will be ready to offer very soon. Watch for more pictures as soon as the rain stops and the sun comes out...we've gone from drought to downpour out here!

Ride a Good One!

These horses are like our kids, and we spend a lot of time personally putting them through the paces and our WHR "acid test" for reliability through training, using on cattle, and hauling them to the high country for mileage. Check out our gelding webpage and watch for these to post...better yet, give Wil a call at 541-893-6535 to get your dibs in early, as we are scheduling horse client appointments with mini-clinics here in Oregon this fall, and taking deposits, too.

Join the ranks of those committed to enjoying their horse and become a WHR happy horse client...ride a good one!
