Wil's custom weight control program of combined alfalfa & grass hay and pasture turn out exercise for optimum weight & attitude. Training by Month (90day minimum) - $1000/month Training Wil Howe Geldings/Clients - $800/month Training on cattle - $1200/month Training includes Board, monthly clipping, and scheduling of shoeing* & worming*.(Should the horse not be worked, board only will be charged for that period of time.) * Billed to customer. Oregon Home Ranch Bunkhouse Accommodations - $35/night 1 person for consulting visits or lessons RV Hook Up - $15/ night (Clients buying a horse or during school sessions - No Charge) Sale Horse Consignment - (limited, with strict qualification requirements) 20% Commission A training tune-up may be necessary, and will be charged. Then board & expenses will be charged after until sold. Continued maintenance training /riding will be free of charge after the initial tune-up. Normally we only take former Wil Howe Geldings in on consignment, on occasion select, approved geldings will be considered. NEW! You can set up a phone consulting "Horse Help" appointment by calling the ranch with your Credit Card number, and set a time. Hourly Rate $150. (Minimum charge 15 minutes $40) Accommodations for Bed & Corral for you & your Horse Come stay, bring your horse, and base out of here for your Eagle Cap Wilderness riding experience. Includes our simple bunkhouse accommodations with bathhouse, use of the outside kitchenette & BBQ. You cook your own or…enjoy Organic farm fresh egg & garden breakfasts available upon request.
